Social Media Specialist

Summary:
Responsible for the development and growth of Heartland?s social media channels with the purpose of building brand awareness, positioning Heartland as an industry thought leader, driving traffic to social media platforms and driving sales.
Job Details:
Designs overall social media strategy in cooperation with Director of Digital Marketing and Product Strategy Specialists.
+ Plans, develops and implements social media strategies, campaigns and initiatives to increase and improve brand awareness, perception, online rankings and sales.
+ Acquires, creates and disseminates digital content throughout our social media universe.
+ Monitors social media platforms and maintains a high level of engagement with customers and persons interacting on the company?s social media platforms.
+ Works with product, marketing, sales and other stakeholders to develop content and initiatives generating social media coverage and interest and achieves a high level of awareness among our customers.
+ Develops social media relationships with Heartland partners where mutually beneficial and advantageous.
+ Stays abreast of the prevailing social media trends and ensures social media marketing strategies are relevant; is a thought leader in the social media space.
+ Leverages data analytics to measure efficacy and return on investment and modifying strategy as needed and reports analysis to management as necessary.
+ Markets and champions social media strategies throughout the company and assist other corporate functions, like HR, Sales Support, etc, with social media initiatives.
+ Builds and maintains relationships and network with relevant publishers, bloggers and industry influencers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
